Oversees all the tech development and maintains processes that foster a culture of innovation at all levels of the organisation, including measuring the effectiveness of innovative development projects and ideas. Before that, he also managed the digital assets, including digital revenue, marketing, content and technology for Media Prima Audio (MPA), as well as getting in-depth data and analytics for strategic decisions. He had also successfully worked with the major telcos in Malaysia that allow users to stream MPA's radio stations without consuming their data. He then played a significant role in launching the country's 1st podcast platform that hosted original programming content allowing more digital presence and reach as well as digital revenue opportunities for the radio station
